Produkt Top, Kunderservice das Beste

Hi,
das Produkt funktioniert Einwand frei, trotz B-Ware keine Einschränkungen in der Funktion nur ein kleiner optischer Fehler.

Was mich zuerst sehr gestört hat war, dass mein B-Waren Produkt teurer war als das neuwertige Produkt. Ich fand dort zuerst das Marketing sehr irreführend.
Habe dann gestern einen Kommentar verfasst in dem ich das beanstandet habe, wenige Stunden später habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen und eine Teilerstattung des Kaufpreises. In kürzester Zeit hatte also der Kundenservice anhand meiner E-Mailadresse die Bestellung überprüft die Erstattung in die Wege geleitet und eine Antwort verfasst. Das alles nur wegen eines Kommentars.
Kundenservice absoluter Hammer, mit das Beste was ich je erlebt habe.
