We make the outer layer of our non-slip handles from silicone, inside there is a robust ABS core. The D-ring is made of nickel-plated iron, which gives deformation no chance. We connect the whole thing with a first-class stitched nylon strap, for a safe workout.

PERFECT MATCH

Grab one of our resistance bands, find a fixed anchor point such as our climbing bar or the wall anchor, knot the band at one end and thread the other through the carabiner. Slide the D-ring of the handle into the carabiner as well and start what is probably the most effective workout at your home.
