How do I receive my e-book?

You can download your e-book here .

With most of our products you get access to our e-book collection.

I want to return something!

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you can contact our support team at any time.

I didn't receive an email.

Please check your spam folder, "junk mail" or "other messages" folder first! Unfortunately, some providers automatically sort the emails.

If you cannot find the email there either, please send us a message telling us which email you did not receive.

How do I get a voucher code?

You can receive a voucher code from us in different ways:

Newsletter registration: Sign up for our newsletter! After confirming your email address, you will receive a voucher of 10-20% off your entire next order.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made through a wide range of online payment platforms (Paypal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, SOFORT, eps, Shop Pay) and credit card (Amex, VISA, Maestro, Mastercard). Bank transfers can be made via the providers SOFORT and eps using your online banking.

Klarna offers payment on account.

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, the goods will be dispatched.

Where can I redeem my discount code?

You can enter the voucher code when entering your delivery address or selecting the payment method. After clicking on the corresponding button, your discount will be deducted immediately.
Discount codes are excluded during a promotion.

Is there a discount for business customers?

We are very happy to welcome customers from the sports sector and bulk buyers. You can contact us here and get an individual offer.

What is B-stock?

B-stock is a product that does not meet all of our high quality standards, but still works perfectly. Typical damage is small, inconspicuous scratches or replaced or damaged packaging. We test all products to ensure they function perfectly.

How can I cancel?

If your package has not yet been sent (no tracking number in the order overview), please send us an email to support@neolymp.com .


If your package has already been shipped, it is best to refuse acceptance and contact us.

As soon as we receive the goods, you will receive your refund using the same method you paid.

Which countries does NEOLYMP ship to?

We currently ship our goods to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Hungary. You can find more information about shipping here .

Are there shipping costs?

We ship to Germany free of charge for orders over €30. You can find the exact costs, including for other countries, here .

How long does delivery take?

Most customers receive their order within 1-2 working days. Sometimes it can take up to 5 working days (especially during promotional periods or holidays).
