Durable and easy to clean
The resistance bands are significantly more durable than conventional rubber bands and will accompany you for many years in your fitness training. You can simply wipe the fitness bands with a damp cloth and store them in the carrying bag.
Beginner band for lighter exercises
The NEOLYMP Resistance Band level "X-light" is our beginner band. The pull-up band is suitable for lighter exercises and offers a very light resistance of 8 - 16 kg. The sports band is also wonderful for warm-up exercises.
Versatile combinations
The long fitness bands can be combined with a fitness band bar or pull-up bar. Use the wall anchor, grip extension for bands, or foot loops to expand your home workout.

Also ich muss echt sagen, wirklich klasse Bänder. Ich habe schon etwas länger überlegt mir welche anzuschaffen und hätte nicht gedacht das die doch so vielseitig sind. Super viele Übungen sind damit möglich und die Stärke ist top. Qualität allgemein top! Würde ich mich sofort nochmal holen wenn ich in Zukunft ein weiteres Paar brauche.
