How does the return work? 📦

  1. Fill out our return form completely. The more information you provide, the faster and easier the process will be.

  2. You will then receive a return label.

  3. Pack your return carefully and bring it with the attached label to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch.

  4. After receiving your return, we will process the refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.


Please note: Our dietary supplements can only be returned unopened and undamaged for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Will I incur shipping costs for a return?

The return is free for you. You will receive a free return label that you can use for shipping. Detailed information about our return process can be found in our terms and conditions under the section "Returns and Complaints."

NEOLYMP offers a comprehensive 5-year warranty promise on your order. This way, you can be sure that your training will be accompanied by the perfect equipment for years to come.

If you are still dissatisfied, you can return your order within the 14-day cancellation period. Please ensure that the products show no signs of use.

When and how will I receive the refund:

The refund is usually made via the originally used payment method. We strive to process the refund within 2 - 3 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may then take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.
