Our products are manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities in Asia and Germany.
We control the entire production process, from development through material selection to storage. Many production facilities in Asia specialize in certain manufacturing processes. This specialization is a proven industry standard and allows us to guarantee the highest quality, as found in premium brand products.
We know how important reliable and durable fitness equipment and sports articles are. That's why we use only high-quality materials and subject each product to strict quality inspections to ensure maximum durability and functionality.
You can easily return your order using our return form. Fill it out completely; the more information you provide, the faster we can process your return. Afterwards, you will receive a free return label from us. Pack the items carefully and drop off the package at a DHL Packstation or branch. After receipt, we will initiate the refund within a few days. Please note: Dietary supplements can only be returned unopened and undamaged.
As soon as you have filled out our return form, we will automatically send you a free return label by email. You just have to print it out, stick it on the package, and drop off the return at DHL. NEOLYMP offers a comprehensive 5-year warranty promise on your order. This way, you can be sure that your training will be accompanied by the perfect equipment for years to come. If you are still dissatisfied, you can return your order within the 14-day cancellation period. Please ensure that the products show no signs of use. (Our warranty terms)
Please check your spam folder, "junk mail" or "other messages" folder first! Unfortunately, some providers automatically sort the emails. If you cannot find the email there either, please send us a message telling us which email you did not receive.

By placing the order, you submit your credit card details. The payment is processed automatically by your credit card company.

Payment is made directly via your activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. The transaction is carried out immediately.
Klarna Invoice:

You can enter the voucher code when entering your delivery address or selecting the payment method. After clicking on the corresponding button, your discount will be deducted immediately. Discount codes are excluded during a promotion.

B-stock is a product that does not meet all of our high quality standards, but still works perfectly. Typical damage is small, inconspicuous scratches or replaced or damaged packaging. We test all products to ensure they function perfectly.

Currently, we ship our goods to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, and Hungary. You can find more information about shipping here.
Most customers receive their order within 1-2 working days. Sometimes it can take up to 5 working days (especially during promotional periods or holidays). You can check the shipping status at any time in your order overview. You will receive the link by email.
