For floors in the basement, we recommend placing a vapor barrier (e.g., PE film) under the floor protection mat. This prevents rising moisture from being trapped and mold from forming. Natural rubber is durable but not completely air- or vapor-permeable, so the vapor barrier is advisable.

I ordered the same floor puzzle a while ago. With the first product, the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly, the puzzle is tight and lies well and flat on the floor. It looks like a uniform surface. The new floor puzzle is noticeably less high quality. The individual puzzle pieces fit together less well, you can see each puzzle piece because they bulge slightly. Very unfortunate!

We searched for floor mats for our large daycare (children under 3) to place under the climbing frame. Since we occasionally have children with neurodermatitis, they should not contain any potentially allergenic materials. We have had the mats for about a year now, and so far only a small piece of the edge has broken off. However, that was to be expected, as the children generally put a lot of strain on that spot when sliding, and we still have plenty of edge pieces left. So that's not a problem. Laying them out over the fairly large area was not easy; we had to pull a lot until everything fit well. And the mats deliver on their promise regarding slip resistance—nothing moves. Recently, we ordered more mats in green for our "dance floor," so the neighbors will be happy that it’s not so loud anymore.

The mats are great in quality and can be assembled into a high-quality, good-looking floor. Unfortunately, the rubber smell is still very present even after several weeks, which is not okay for me since the room is also used as a guest room. With natural rubber, I would not have expected such an intense rubber smell. Otherwise, functionality is excellent.

The floor is good. Several people have already written that, so I have nothing more to add. I am enthusiastic about the customer service. The ordered samples had not arrived, and I mentioned that in the review. I was immediately contacted and asked if the samples should be sent again. Three days later they were with me, and they asked if I was satisfied. All in all, a really nice contact with the Neolymp team. Keep it up.

I found a suitable base for my adjustable dumbbells from Finnlo and the corresponding storage rack. The Neolymp fitness puzzle mat is not too thick, not too soft, and fits very precisely. Afterwards, you hardly see the connections anymore. This ensures good protection for the parquet floor underneath. The price is quite high, but if the quality remains the same over the next few years, I am very satisfied with the product.
