Die Bänder sind sehr stabil und bieten, meiner Meinung nach, einen stärkeren Widerstand als die üblichen SilikonFitnessbänder mit dem ähnlichen Stärkelevel,doch ist es ein ganz anderes Empfinden beim Workout.Man spürt den Widerstand aber nicht das Band. Das weitere Zubehör ist gut verarbeiteten und die Metallteile haben eine vertrauensvolle Stärke. Mit dem Allroundset hat man alles dabei um ein Fullbody-workout zuhause zu machen.Die App dazu bietet viele Übungen zum nach und mitmachen an.Auf meinen Tablet stockt sie zwar ein bißchen aber auf dem Handy funktioniert sie einwandfrei.Das Allroundset pro habe ich schon weiterempfohlen.Die Bänder- Plattform dazu steht auf meiner Wishlist.

Ich habe die Bänder inkl. Bodenplatte promt erhalten, gut verpackt und bin mit der Qualität zufrieden. Uebungen hab ich aber noch nicht damit gemacht, da ich andere Fitnessgeräte im Haus habe. Es ist eine Zukunftsinvestition, da ich vermutlich demnächst das 4 stöckige Haus verkaufen muss wegen der Parkinson-Erkrankung meiner Frau und eine Wohnung mieten muss in der die Geräte keinen Platz finden werden und ich wollte mein Training nahtlos weiterführen können. Eure Bänder und Bodenplatte scheinen mit ein Ersatz, dar sehr nahe an meine Geräte kommt, respektive in etwa die gleichen Uebungen möglich machen. Foto meines bisherigen Equipments.

Diese Bänder ermöglichen eine beinah beliebige Trainingsmöglichkeit. Mehr Allzweckmöglichkeiten sind mir nicht bekannt. Ganzkörpertraining mit einem so effizienten und raumsparenden Equipement ist unübertroffen. das kann ich als Wirbelsäulenchirurg sehr gut geurteilen da nirgendwo mehr Möglichkeiten angeboten werden. man kann vollkommen individuell in allen Bereichen die Kraftanstrengung anpassen. Eine optimale Ernährung (Protein, Collagen , Kreatin) ermöglicht sichtbare Trainingsresultate inner 4- 6 Wochen. bisher das beste Trainingskonzept das ich erlebt habe.

Das Balance Pad und das Trainings-Kurzband hatte ich separat bestellt. Die beiden Artikel gehören nicht zum Set. Kann ich aber als Empfehlung aussprechen, unbedingt mitzubestellen.

Die Stange lässt sich einfach zusammenbauen. Die Gewinde lassen sich einfach zusammenschrauben, alles passte sofort. Die Stange und die beiligenden Karabiner machen einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Lediglich, dass man den Karabiner schrauben muss, finde ich persönlich unpraktisch, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Was auch noch auffällt ist, dass die Schaumstoffummantelung der Stange praktisch nicht riecht. Üblicherweise - nach meiner Erfahrung - muss man so einen Artikel erstmal ne Weile auslüften. Hier garnicht. Sofort einsatzbereit und eine klare Empfehlung für die Verwendung mit Fitnessbändern (separat zu erwerben).

Ich habe mir das Band als Ersatz für ein blaues aus Kautschuk bestellt. Jetzt habe ich es im LKW direkt über dem Fahrersitz hängen, und mache verschiedene Übungen damit. Besser geht es kaum endlich vernünftiger Wiederstand und kann es auch beim Fahren nutzen. Hilft sowohl abends vor dem Einschlafen als auch morgens um den Körper aufzuwecken und auf Touren zu bringen. Hilft auch unterwegs gegen Müdigkeit. Außerdem bedanken sich Arme, Schultern, Brust und Rücken für die regelmäßigen Übungen. Perfekt im Fernverkehr und bei sonstigem Bewegungsmangel. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Habe vorsichtshalber 2 bestellt, falls es doch mal durchgeht oder wider Erwarten reißen sollte.Für den Anfang würde ich aber Grün oder Blau empfehlen…..

Perfekt für Übungen zwischendurch und das Set ist mein stetiger Begleiter auf Reisen. Dank eines praktischen Beutels ist alles gut verpackt und schnell Einsatzbereit.

Endlich Mal ein neuer, pfiffiger Ansatz! Ich nutze die Bänder primär für Warmups und Speedwork bzw. als dynamische Zusatzgewichte. Ich habe dabei mittlerweile 7 Bänder unterschiedlicher Stärken und verschiedener Preisklassen (Discounter bis Marken-Gerätehersteller) auf dem Gewissen. Jedes Mal stößt man auf das gleiche Problem: Porosität des Kautschuk und einhergehende Rissbildung, die schließlich im zerreißen und damit auch den verbundenen Blessuren oder gar Verletzungen endet.Diese Powerbands sind im Gegensatz zu den Kautschuk Varianten alle gleich groß, was die Breite und Dicke angeht. Das vereinfacht die Handling durchaus. Die Haptik, der Look und die Verpackung samt Zubehör (Türanker und Beutel) sind absolut wertig - Top!Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig hingegen ist die "linearere" Widerstandszunahme im Vergleich zu den üblichen alternativen. Die Bänder haben damit eine größere "Vorspannung" und lassen sich weniger weit dehnen, als die Alternativen (was ich durch mögliche Abrisse ohnehin nie riskiert habe). Für die üblichen ROM's bei meinen Übungen ist die Dehnbarkeit dennoch mehr als ausreichend.Ich setze große Hoffnung darauf, dass dies mein letztes Produkt für diesen Zweck ist und es der Zeit standhält. Der erste Eindruck ist durchweg positiv - der Langzeittest wird die Haltbarkeit unter Beweis stellen.

Ich freue mich sehr, dass die Bänder endlich angekommen sind, da sie sehr vergriffen waren/ sind. Ich bin überrascht, dass die Bänder tatsächlich von so hoher Qualität und sogar noch dazu waschbar sind. Was mir jedoch am meisten bei diesem Produkt gefällt ist, dass man sich den gesamten Übungskatalog mit dem beiliegenden Code von der Webseite des Herstellers herunterladen kann. Somit kann man ein vielseitig zielgerichtetes Training angehen ohne sich selber Übungen damit überlegen zu müssen. Tolles Produkt! Werde mir auch andere Bänder davon zulegen, weil sie platzsparend in jeden Reisekoffer passen.

Durch Corona waren die Fitnessstudios mal auf, mal zu. Deswegen habe ich mir die Bänder gekauft um wenigstens zuhause fit zu bleiben. Muss sagen bin doch überrascht, wie gut es damit klappt. Man sollte in unterschiedlichen Höhen Anker in die Wand machen oder einen Platz haben, wo man die Bänder befestigen kann. Macht das Training deutlich einfacher 👍🏼

Gut verpackt, macht einen guten Eindruck schon beim öffnen der Packung. Fühlen sich sehr gut an und der E Book Code wurde ohne Probleme geladen. Das Dehnen der Bänder zeigt gute Unterschiede zum nächsten Level. Bin gespannt auf die Handhabung im Training.

Top Produkt was optisch auch was her macht. Ich bin total zufrieden seit der ersten Anwendung.Ich habe wirklich schon so einiges ausprobiert Handelstangen, Kettlebell etc., am besten gefallen mir Genua diese Bänder. Sie nehmen keine Platz weg, man kann sie überall mit hinnehmen und anwenden (Dienstreisen, Urlaub, Arbeit).Auf Langlebigkeit werden Sie noch getestet aber ansonsten sehr sehr zufrieden. Ich bestelle wieder.

Diese Bänder sind die logische Weiterentwicklung der kümmerlichen Terra-Bänder. Für mich sind die Bänder ein guter Ersatz, falls ich mal keine Lust auf Hantel und Seilzug habe. Tür Reck und diese Bänder tun es auch. Genial. Gewaschen habe ich sie noch nicht, daher kein Bewertung diesbezüglich.

Ich habe die Bänder heut erhalten und sofort mehrstündig im Training ausprobiert.Der erste Eindruck beim Auspacken machte schon einen wertigen und stabilen Eindruck und es riecht überhaupt nicht komisch oder eklig,wie viele andere Trainingsbänder aus Gummi etc.Während des Trainings hab ich etliche Übungen damit ausprobiert,sowohl mit dem Türhaken als auch einfach so auf dem Boden liegend oder stehend.Und ich muss sagen,ich bin restlos begeistert!!!Für mich gibt es an den Bändern nichts zu bemängeln und der Preis grad im Angebot für knapp 31€ für das 3er-Set ist vollkommen ok!Die Bänder schnüren überhaupt nicht ein an Händen und Füßen und das Training damit macht soviel Spaß,dass ich heut gar kein Ende finden konnte.😊Von mir gibts eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!
