Secure Grip, Clean Training
Our resistance bands are continuous, flat fabric bands with an end loop on each side. The 15 cm long loops give you a secure grip and make handling much cleaner than with many classic bands. You can quickly attach the band to your hand, foot, or a fixed point and train with control.
