.....tolle Gummibänder von Neolymp um meine Muskeln wieder aufzubauen.
Meine Reha Gymnastik ist zu ende und ich möchte mit den Videos und mit den Bändern weiter an meiner Muskelkraft arbeiten. Sie sind sehr angenehm und lassen sich auch ohne Probleme waschen, ich mach es von Hand im Waschbecken.
Schnelle Lieferung, gute Qualität, also alles Super. 😊 Allerdings sind die Bänder für auch Untrainierte zu leicht im Widerstand. Ich nutze nach drei Wochen bereits blau bzw. grün. Vielleicht bin ich aber mit 58 zu stark, als Frau. 😉😊

Dieses Produkt muss man einfach Lieben. Vielleicht am Anfang ungewohnt gerade wegen den Gewichten, für mich mit Ü 50 bin ich da bei anderen Bändern, als das Model :-), aber es macht Spass zu trainieren, wann und wo man will.

Dann gings ans Auspacken. Das fühlte sich an wie Weihnachten. Alles war so liebevoll und hochwertig verpackt und jedes Produkt hatte seine eigene Tasche dabei, sodass man alles überall ganz bequem mit hinnehmen kann. 👍🏻
Als dann am Ende auch noch alle Materialien einen richtig guten und hochwertigen Eindruck machten, war ich absolut begeistert. 🤩

Heute ist es ja schon eher eine Seltenheit, dass das Angebot am Ende auch der Realität entspricht. Deshalb die vielen Sterne und meine klare Kaufempfehlung für dieses Set.
Am Ende liegt es dann natürlich an jedem selbst, was er mit dem Set aus sich macht. Genug Vorschläge werden dazu geliefert. Produkte - egal welche - können nur etwas bringen, wenn man mit ihnen arbeitet. 😉
Das Balance Pad und das Trainings-Kurzband hatte ich separat bestellt. Die beiden Artikel gehören nicht zum Set. Kann ich aber als Empfehlung aussprechen, unbedingt mitzubestellen.
