1. Select door
Choose a sturdy, heavy door. Important: The door should open away from you so that it remains firmly closed during training.
2. Place door anchor
Insert the end with the head on the opposite side through the door gap – at the top, side, or bottom, depending on the exercise you are doing.
3. Close the door
Close the door completely so that the door anchor is securely clamped. Quick test: Pull lightly on it – the door anchor should hold firmly.
4. Attach the strap
Thread your fitness band through the loop on the side of the door anchor that faces you. Now you can start your workout!
5. Safety Check!
Do a quick stress test before training: Pull the band firmly once to make sure everything is secure.
