Take the kettlebell and the accessories out of the packaging and check everything for completeness.
Place the weight base on a flat and stable surface. Whether carpet, wood, or tiles – the main thing is that it is even.
Sort the weight plates according to the numbers on the base. Start with the heaviest plate at the bottom.
Before you place the kettlebell on the base, turn the adjustment ring to the lightest weight (smallest number).
⚠️ This is important so that the kettlebell locks cleanly onto the base and nothing gets jammed.
Now place the empty kettlebell on the weight base. Then turn the adjustment ring to the desired weight – done! Have fun training!
